Saturday Scraplift: Quoted

Can you believe we are heading toward the end of October already? The weeks are just flying by and here I am again, presenting you with yet another awesome scraplift challenge. I loved this page by Merr (digigrandma). I found both the quote and the center vertical strip with the tucked in elements very appealing and I hope so will you.

Julie (MaggieMae) definitely felt inspired and she created this beauty! I love the doubled strip and the soft brushwork, what a lovely page!

These are her supplies!

Candy (cnewby) created this beautiful page! I love everything about it! The quote, the colors, the way she added the brads….. just lovely!

Here is what she used on her page:

artoptions-viken-paper-pack/, artoptions-mini-mix-15/, doily-edgers-01/, doily-edgers-03/, maybe-tomorrow-element-pack/

Next up is a page by Kathy (blackkathy) and it’s just stunning! I love how she substituted the ladder for the strip and tucked all those leaves behind it, so pretty!!

These are the supplies she used on her page:

vintage-artistry-serenity-transfer-bundle/, vintage-artistry-serenity-ephemera/, vintage-artistry-serenity-ephemera-plus-pack/, vintage-artistry-serenity-chipboard-stickers/, vintage-artistry-serenity-paper-pack-01/, vintage-artistry-serenity-paper-pack-02/, curators-meadow-ephemera/, inked-twists-brushes-and-stamps-01/

I happened to see this picture and quote on Facebook yesterday and just knew I wanted to use it for this challenge. Of course I fibbed just a little, as I don’t love snow (other than in pictures) but some people do….

Here is what I used…

ArtOPTIONS Mini Mix 24, Vintage Lines Winter

I hope you all feel inspired by these examples. Remember to post your page in the Saturday Scraplift Challenge Gallery as well as in the October Challenge Participation Sign-in thread in the forum. Have a wonderful weekend!
