iTunes Challenge: March

Hi friends! It’s Trace (tracermajig) back with you for our March iTunes challenge!

Inspiration is everywhere and I often find it amazing how many album covers out there can so easily translate into a scrapbook page. You could quite literally lift this cover to create a page or draw inspiration from it and take it in a whole other direction. I love how members of the Creative Team designed such different pages starting with the same inspiration piece!

Valerie (nana_vg) tucked those adorable photos into the denim pocket to make this wonderful school page. I love how she created the little cluster in the top right corner of the page to house her journaling!

Erin (Ernie88) was inspired by the dark denim and frames from the album cover. It also reminded her of Katie’s Torn and Framed Layered Template 05 which I think is a great way to incorporate the lines of the denim from the inspiration piece!

Brenda (bbe) took this challenge in a different direction and was inspired by the denim theme. The extraction and blending in the background are amazing and I love how the cluster of photos along the edge add to the story!

I (tracermajig) was inspired by the placement of the frames and the floral cluster. I decided to use the pocket to hold my photos and also ground my title. Instead of florals, I used fern branches to help tell an outdoors story.
