My mom sent this valentine to her big sister way back in maybe 1925. Her sister became ill with TB while teaching grade school in Colorado. She spent many months in a TB sanitarium, but, sadly, did not recover. I think of her often during this time of the Pandemic and how we have to quarantine if we test positive. At least, we get to stay in our own homes. Back then, people with TB had to quarantine sometimes very far from home in sanitariums.TFL
