Creating a background with oxides and rubons and painting stamps for this creative thank you card
I wanted to create a bit of an arty background to layer this card idea together and so I started with some oxides and then dug into my ARToptions Plum Grove Transfers to add texture to the background
Then I began painting onto the stamp with my @carandache watercolor crayons to artsy up the stamp. Dipping the crayon repeatedly into water and then coloring on stamp and no matter how hard I press parts always seem not to transfer with this larger stamp and think that is largely because the crayon dried. But when I spritz the stamp before stamping it becomes too muddy so just embracing the partially finished look of this!
For the sentiment I used Connected Sentiment SVGs from katiepertietdesigns.com cut out from contrasting cardstock

Added some splatters with the watercolor crayons and mounted onto contrasting cardstock
Simple as that!
