These silly dogs of mine!
Journaling: Every morning, I hide in my closet to get dressed. The dogs know I’m going in there to use cream on my skin, and they’re hoping for a chance to lick it off. Vaseline is I think their favorite moisturizer; they know the sound of the jar opening and come running. It’s actually a good training session for them, because I make them sit politely and wait. Charlie is the funniest, because while he sits, his tongue is usually going in and out constantly. I know that Vaseline isn’t good for their tummies, but I’ve never had a problem giving them a tiny lick after they do good.
