I was so excited this morning to see sandhill cranes. I have seen them a few times in cornfields and along side the road when I have been visiting home in Wisconsin and although I have been told they are here in Washington, this is the first time in my nearly 30 years living here that I have actually seen any. And there were hundreds of them. Definitely the highlight of my day today.
