I usually like to make pumpkin soup at least once each fall. I never actually use the same recipe. I haven't been feeling well, and soup sounded good. So, I looked up a couple of recipes that called for ingredients we already had in the house and then sort of merged them together. The beans make the soup thick and delightful.
This looks yummy, I'll have to try it! I planted a couple of sugar baby pumpkin seeds and had one volunteer that came up on the edge of my garden....it is huge! It produced 12 medium size pumpkins so I'll have plenty of pumpkin to cook with.
