Peaceful Morning

Very early morning in July 2017 and a very cold start to a winter's day....some friends from Canberra were visiting and we met them for a few days R & R on the Gold Coast...someone had a bright idea to photograph the sunrise! A good idea at the start, but the sky was cloudless, so it turned out to be a bit of a disaster (as far as a sunrise goes).
