Last year, the great horned owl couple built a nest in different tree, and I was not able to photograph them. This year, they are back to their normal tree, so I am very excited to be able to watch them this winter/spring. The tree is in a neighborhood close to me and they are accustomed to people, but I try to quickly take photos and then move on. Especially when she is sitting on her eggs.
