The Collector Inn and Gardens is a collection of nine historic houses spanning the period 1790-1920. It sits on one city block and contains many historical exhibits. We took to the on grounds tour and found it quite interesting. Margaret, he historian, was wonderful and she dressed in character. The little stone “theater” seated her audience. Every house was named after occupants from that era. We stayed in the Howell House.
