These two have worked so hard during the last four months and I’m sure there have been times when they didn’t feel like training. When the every day hum-drum of life made them tired, when they lacked the energy. But they still got out there and swam, cycled and ran. They never gave up and today, they achieved what they set out to do - they completed their very first triathlon! Well done guys, so very proud of you both!
