As I struggle somewhat with lack of Christmas spirit for yet another year, this gorgeous girl from last December reminds me that it is indeed a magical time. That sometimes I have to look backwards or forwards to see the joy and find the sparkle. That it’s not always right here, in the present. It’s just hard to embrace it totally when there’s other stuff at play. But the spirit of the season will be with me again one year... just maybe not this year.
