The mountain on the photo is Monte Amariana in Italy, close to where my father grew up. He could see the mountain from their house and street. My father always said that if there was a cloud covering the top of the mountain, it will start raining soon. Fortunately there were no clouds when we were there in our vacation. The lake on the photo is Lago di Verzegnis. I have visited it several times in my childhood during family vacations.
