The amazing variety of pages for the color challenge every month is just such a delight to see! As I was thinking about a page to create myself, I came across this photo of my mother on her wedding day, and the deep red dresses seemed like a great fit for this month's challenge. My aunts were junior bridesmaids, and their pink dresses, just peeking in on the sides, fit well too! But the photo crops them a big awkwardly, so I decided to just focus on my mother and her bridesmaids for this page. Oh, so long ago - 65 years. My parents were married for about 15 years before they finally divorced, after many years of upheaval. They were so young when they married, and not really ready, I'm sure. What a beautiful wedding day, though!
