Template Mashup: Just Sayin’ Remember This
Hi! It’s Merrilee here with another Template Mashup. I must admit I was influenced in my template choices by the fact that we celebrate Valentine’s Day in February. Both templates are perfect for documenting special memories and one has loving word art and flowers and one has a pair of wooden hearts. How you mash the templates is up to you, of course. I think you’ll be amazed at the variety of possibilities after you see what our Creative Team created for your inspiration.

Julie (aka MaggieMae) created a loving tribute for her wedding anniversary just perfect for reminding us to celebrate the loving relationships in our lives. The word art from Layer Works 1288 looks great with her darling black and white photos.

Linda (aka earlofoxford) really wows us with vibrant colors for her Mashup. I just love how she recolored the Chunky Cut flowers a lovey eye catching green color.
To achieve the vibrant look she wanted to showcase her photo, Linda added the following designs:

For my page, I wanted to use the paint in the Frame and Blend Layered Template to clip to some beach photos to create a background that is the setting for the photos taken at a restaurant when my husband and I had lunch with with Lynn (from the Creative Team). Like the other examples, my example also uses the chunky cut flowers to tuck under the photos. And, I love the saying, “Just Sayin” from the Layer Works template.
I only used one extra product and that is a background paper from: Palette Textures 14.
As you can see from our examples, there are so many possibilities to create your very own look using the templates and any other designs from the Katie Pertiet Designs store you wish to use. It’s such an enjoyable experience to start with two templates and go from there.
