Story Scrapbook Challenge – Seasons

For everything there is a season.  This month’s story scrapbook challenge is about seasons.  And just so you know, this is Carol coming to you from one of the coldest winters we’ve had for a long time.

What’s your favourite season?  Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring.  What is it about your season that you love?  Or which season do you most dislike?  Maybe the winter blues, or those horridly hot sticky days of summer?

Do you spring clean, summer break, winter hibernate or just love autumn and running through the leaves?  Is it the sunny weather that makes your heart sing?  Or the winter knits and hot chocolate and roaring fires that you love?

Does a certain season fill you with anxiety – Summer bushfires? Winter snow storms?  Do you feel envy when you see your friends on the other side of the globe swimming at the beach while you’re being drenched with icy cold rain?

Have you lived through disasters or tough times because of the season – droughts or floods or heatwaves or frostbite?

We all will have a feeling about the seasons, so I am really looking forward to your stories.

The creative team have jumped on board with some terrific example pages and we’ve covered the spectrum of the year here.

I’m loving the page by Mel (Britgirl) and definitely loving the way she things about our favourite season being our birthday month, I do think there’s something in that.  And why not be an autumn girl when you see that glorious colour before you.
