Spring Pastels Template MashUp Challenge
Spring officially begins today according to my Almanac, so it seems appropriate to celebrate its return with a collection of lovely spring colors! The Template MashUp Challenge is to use elements from these two spring colored templates to design your own page. You can add a few additional elements but the majority of your page should be from the following templates which will be included in this week’s sale.
Our Creative Team has designed three lovely pages to give you some mashing inspiration. The first page is by Valerie (nana_vg). Her photos are so sweet and definitely say “spring!” She surrounded the lattice circles with elements from both templates and added the perfect background paper. In addition to the chosen templates, Valerie used Textured Whites Paper Pack 03 and Vintage Artistry Butter Paper Pack.
The next inspiration page was designed by Merrilee (digigrandma.) She also used the round lattice but combined it with the title from the other template, with papers clipped to it! I really like her choice of background and the deeper shadow she added to the flowers and butterflies. Merrilee’s only additional element was Curated Team Favorites Springtime.
Our third inspiration page was designed by Penny (pennyh). I love the spring pinkness of it all. Isn’t that a fabulous photo? She surrounded her wonderful photo with perfectly chosen elements from both featured templates and added the perfect cloud of a background paper. She added one additional element: ARToptions Rouge Solids Paper Pack.
