Saturday Scraplift: Perfect Simplicity

Happy Saturday! I have a great page for you to play with this week. Mirjam (Mielz) has such a great minimalist, sweet style that her pages always catch my eye in the gallery. This week’s inspiration page is monochromatic, vintage, about travel, about her dad and has great little details. There is so much you can use as jumping off points for your own page.

Terri (GoingtotheSun) describes Mirjam’s page as “perfect simplicity” and I just changed the name of this blog post to that because she’s right! 🙂 I love how Terri captured the Disney magic in this photo and with her page. The soft color palette and black and white photo go together beautifully.

I am a sucker for a great travel page. My daughter travels the world and I have a lot of photos to scrap! I knew immediately that I was going to use a photo from Murmansk, Russia which lent itself to the monochromatic color scheme.
