Saturday Scraplift: Narrow View

Good morning and happy Saturday! Happy Coronation Day! Happy Kentucky Derby Day! Today is full of exciting events but I hope you get to carve out some creative time for scrapping. Jana here with a beautiful layout by Bob (bluedraft52) for our inspiration. His narrow photo that stretches across the page is very striking and it really popped in the gallery. I also love his overlapping title work and the his three framed supporting photos. Bob is truly a talented photographer and his travel photos are always wonderful! Several creative team members were only too anxious to lift this one!

Let’s get started!

First up, Candy (cnewby) went vertical with her narrow photo blocks. Her sepia-toned design is so interesting with that beautiful photo spanning across the page. The full-length vertical title is super; almost like part of a building!

Next, Lori Ann was inspired to use narrow horizontal strips of patterned paper across her page. Those photos are super cute and look at that cluster with the sunglasses! I love all the pink and orange colors too!

Shannon (shannonroller) had a wonderful photo to use for her narrow view! Her photos really conveyed her story and the  blendable layers are beautiful! I also think the title in the middle of the focal photo is perfect.

Amy (Amy L) went with a beautiful vertical photo. The sunlight shining through is just breathtaking! Love the blendable layers and the little flowers photo too! I was impressed with her story and admire her moxie.

Julie (MaggieMae) used her own travel photos and created this gorgeous lift!  Her narrow view is spectacular! Oh Hawaii, how I would love to go there someday! Great title work and cluster too!

Finally, here is my take. I decided to create a curved, horizontal view of some beautiful tulips my daughter saw in London. I love all things blendable, so I used several for my cluster. The framed photos were also taken in this lovely garden of tulips.
