Saturday Scraplift: Build a Frame

Happy Saturday! I am sure most of you have heard of “Build a Bear” but have you heard of Build a Frame? This week’s SSL is all about using random elements to create frames. I loved Brenda’s (bbe) darling page of her granddaughter and the random things she used to frame the photo along with the bright colored floral background just really caught my eye.
This week’s first inspiration comes from Stacia. She kept with the vertical design and added a beautiful tribute to a dear friend. Love her misc. elements and brushes.
New Beginnings Transfer Set, Ticketed 04 Brushes and Stamps, Artsy Layered Collages 01, Monochromatics Cranberry Paper Pack, Vintage Artistry Serenity Solids Paper Pack, Lovely Paper Pack 01, Vintage Flashcards Photographs, Aged Alphabet Brushes and Stamps 03, Layer Works 247, Layer Works 281, Layer Works 579
Penny (pennyh) also kept with the vertical layout and added layered frames along with tickets and word strips to tell the story of the Christmas poncho. So cute!
Layer Works 1872, Layer Works 2057, Spectrum | Gardenia Solids Paper Pack, Arctic Whites Paper Pack 04
And last up is my page. I was excited to use some new collage frames from Kelly that I thought would work perfectly with this lift. Love this photo of my husband and his sis.
Skimento Paper Pack, Page Blends 02, Page Frames 04, Winter Stories Transfers, Field Guide Collage Frames 03, Ancestry Defined Stamp Pack 02,

Looking forward to seeing where this inspiration takes you. Be sure to post your layout in the Saturday Scraplift Gallery and the March Challenge Participation Thread to get credit toward a coupon to use in the KPD Store. Have a wonderful weekend!
