August Ad Challenge: Take Your Pick
Hi everyone! Brenda here with the August Ad Challenge. This month’s example has a few different features to draw inspiration from. Instead of pointing out what drew me in, I’m just going to share it here, (along with some examples from our creative team) and say, let the fun begin!
First up, this page comes from Sharon, and it’s a beauty. Beautiful blending, along with her choice of alphabet and textured paper.
Supplies used include: Textured Essentials 06 Paper Pack, Inked Journalers 01, and Watery Photo Masks 12.
This next example from Shannonr features a photo of a Cardoon, a thistley-type plant with a beautiful purplish bloom.
Products used are: White Chipboard Alpha 01, Watery Photo Masks 12, and items from the freebie pack.
Addie always has gorgeous photos of her summer garden to share, and these are exceptional. She said she used photos of 2 plants from her garden and one weed…. and she loves them all! Me too.
Products used in this design: Bold and Graphic Sentiments 08, Palette Textures Paper Pack 28, Scribbled Overlays 04, Assorted Messy Stitches 07 Super Pack, Graphite Masks 02, Curated Team Favorites Garden Kit, Watery Marks 01, and Torn Templates 01.
The next design comes from Valerie. Her beautiful sunset photo blends in beautifully with the pretty orange background she chose.
Aside from the freebie pack, Valerie used these products: White Chipboard Alpha 01, Painted Window Frame Layers 03, and Palette Textures Paper Pack 07.
Last up is an example of where the inspiration took me.
These are the products I used in this example: Chalk it Up: Basics 02 Paper Pack, Watery Grids Brushes and Stamps 05, Vintage Artistry Countryside Scrapbook Bundle, Fine Line Alphabet 02, and the freebie pack.
Katie has generously provided a freebie pack for us to use, (not required) and you can pick it up here – FREEBIES
I’m excited to see where this challenge takes you too. Please post your pages in the Ad Challenge Gallery as well as the August Challenge Participation thread. Happy scrapping!
