ABCs of You, Me and Us: October

Happy October, friends! Trace (tracermajig) here with you for the October ABCs of You, Me and Us challenge! It’s hard to believe that we are already up to S and T, but here we are.

If you have been playing along you know the aim of the game is to use the featured letters as a prompt to create a page about the people in your life (you), yourself (me), or anyone else together (us). Katie has kindly given us a freebie to kick start you along but it’s not essential to use it on your page.

There are so many prompts for S and T but here are just a few that I found. They may inspire you or you might come up with your own. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone creates!

S: Santa/Stockings, Sing/Song, Seasons/Summer/Spring, School, Son/Sister/Siblings, Sea/Seaside/Surf/Sand, Splish/Splash, Sunrise/Sunset, Sun/Sunshine, Smile, Special, Scenery/Scenic, Spooky, Sweet/Sweetheart, Sugar/Spice, Stories, Star, Snow, Sky, Selfie, Silly, Super Hero
T: Time, Treasure, Travel/Tourist/Trip, Thanksgiving/Turkey, Thankful, Tasty, Team/Team Player, Together, This…, This Is…, Today/Tomorrow, Toys, Toddler/Terrible Twos, Train, Traditions, Trouble, Tree/Tinsel/Twinkle, Teach/Teacher, To Do, Tales, Tournament, Tough, Talent/Talented

Let’s see what the team created!

Cori (CoriK) created two fabulous pages for the challenge. I love the list of words with the accompanying photos. The collage feel of the pages are perfect for a list layout!

Merr (digigrandma) made the most perfect page for sandcastles. I love the bright colours and the big S title. Merr is going to have the most amazing album at the end of this challenge. I encourage you to check out her other pages if you need some inspiration.

Basic Bare Chipboard Alpha 04, Chippy Foundations 07, Dreamy Paper Pack 07, Sunburst Solid Remnants, Vintage Artistry Sunburst Ephemera Plus

Stacia (Stacia) had the most original prompt for her page. I love that she chose to highlight her family names and that precious photo!

Botanical Bliss Scrapbooking Kit 01, Candid Collection, Messy Stamped Alpha Bundle 01, Stamped and Framed Layered Template 18

For my (tracermajig) page, I chose to scrap my kids and their sibling bond. I actually started 3 different pages with 3 different prompts so I might have more ‘S’ pages to come!
