5th Saturday Scraplift: Creative Team Spotlight

Happy Halloween and welcome to the 5th Saturday of October! Today, we will be shining the spotlight on our talented team member Barbara Unzen (grantlaurensmom). Her gallery is brimming over with fabulous layouts, many of which are travel inspired. She and her family have taken some amazing trips! Take a look at her gallery. There is infinite inspiration throughout! Feel free to choose one of her layouts  you’d like to lift and please include the link to that page when you post your own.

I have some wonderful pages by several team members to share with you; kind of a little jumpstart to spark your creativity. Enjoy!

Addie (AddieG) chose this beautiful page of Barbara’s to lift.

Here is her gorgeous page! The fall colors are so beautiful! I love the mask and the frame she used. The cluster on the right is perfect with her photo. Those pups are darling and they look like they’re having a great time running around.

Addie used these products: Stamp Sets Vol. 02 Fall Breeze, Textured Cardstock: SeaSand Paper Pack, Messed Up Photo Blocks Brushes and Stamps 09, Thin Classic Photo Frames Curled and Flat 02, Readymade Layers: Fall Clusters 16

Next, Shannon (shannonr) lifted this fun album cover.

Shannon also created an amazing cover page for her Project Life Album. Her layers are fantastic and all of the  little details really make this stand out! The clipped photo frame grid and the wood alpha title are paired perfectly.

Products Shannon used : Clipped Photo Frame Grids 09, Forever Fall Element Pack , Vintage Artistry Essentials Ephemera, Artsy Blend Layers Leaves 01, Vintage Blendable Palettes 07, Vintage Makers Paper Pack 01, Wood Tile Alphabet 02 , Like This Element Pack

Stacia lifted this adventurist page of Barbara’s.

Stacia had quite the moving day adventure herself and came up with this amazing page. She tells quite the story of some mishaps on moving day, so you’ll have to read it all yourself. I’m glad I wasn’t there, LOL! Love the split title and the spiral page design. The black frames work well with her photos too.

Stacia used: Christmas Cheer Spiral Pages 01, Christmas Cheer Solids Paper Pack, Naturalists Notebook Layered Template 01, Curated Studio Mix Scrapbooking Kit 15

Guest CT member Emily (Emma Leigh) lifted this cute page.

Here is her fun page, also featuring goats! What a fun time this must have been! Love her variety of photos and the blended photo in the background! The stitching really adds a nice finishing touch too!

Emily used: Apothecary Desk Layered Template 02:, Basic Tags 01:, Cambrianna Woods Scrapbook Collection, Home Front Clusters Brushes, Stamps and Layers 05:, October 31st Scrapbooking Kit, Readymade Layers: Halloween Edgers 03:, Layer Works No2643:, Wicked Woods Paper Pack 01:

My daughter and her husband just got back from a wonderful trip to Canada, so I chose this lovely page to lift:

My page followed closely to Barbara’s page, as I used the same template. It was perfect for these photos. I love the blended mask along with the variety of photos from Montreal and Quebec City. Of course, I added one of my favorite products, a Scribbled Overlay!

Here is what I used: Scattered Pictures Layered Template Vol. 08 LT 06, Scattered Pictures Vol. 08 Sentiments, Been There Solids Paper Pack, Scribbled Overlays 02

I hope you enjoyed this month’s selection and inspiration pages today!  Please post your layouts in the Creative Team Spotlight Scraplifts, not the regular Saturday Scraplift Gallery, as well as the October Challenge Participation Thread. Please don’t forget to add the link to Barbara’s page you lifted when you post your own credits. Thanks so much and have a wonderful weekend filled with all treats and no tricks!
