the optimal image size 1000px x 1000px and UNDER 4MB
We recommend using ImageOptim to strip JPEGs that seem to get too large. It doesn't affect quality and helps keep the file sizes for posting smaller. You can also use the 'save for web' feature to achieve a smaller file size
