It is going to be a very different Christmas this year. We are missing two people, we won't see our family from the Netherlands and I am hosting for the first time! Just going through photos from last year and reminiscing!

I'm sure you will make the celebration in your home beautiful and special, Sarah. With the loss of dear family members, Christmas is never the same again, but, for the children we continue what traditions we can and begin creating new memories. My dad taught me, by his example, that Christmas is a time to be joyful and grateful, despite the pain of losing loved ones.
