Journaling: The past two years we became home bodies more than usual. We avoided places and things that were too crowded and did not even contemplate any kind of travel due to ever changing border rules. It’s time to change that beginning with weekend adventures again! The kids love catching the train into the city so we spent this morning wandering the City Botanic Gardens. Dylan and I could have spent hours there getting garden inspiration but the kids got bored! So we walked over the X Bridge to Xx (while dodging crazy e-scooter riders) and Dylan showed us his new office building. We stopped for brunch at a restaurant called Xx and it was so fresh and delicious. After a morning of walking and sun, little feet were ready to head home. We jumped on a train at Xxx and started planning our next weekend adventure on the trip home! I’m loving some return to normal!
