Every fall the turkeys appear. They hang out close to the creek and then wander around the old golf course. There is always a pack of a dozen or so but they are hard to catch on camera. Once they sense someone approaching the take off-in a cluster at first but soon then become a long line of turkeys trotting to safety. I'm not sure if it becomes a race for them or if they are playing follow the leader.
