Journaling: "What an adventure! When the whole Goymerac crew visited, we rented a pontoon boat on Lake Superior to view Pictured Rocks. It was a sunny day, but cool and windy. Looking back on it, I am surprised they let people go out on the choppy water that day. It is 1.5 hours one way to get to the end, and we were so cold. We had prepared well with warm clothes, lots of towels and blankets, but we had no idea that we would be getting drenched with water hitting the boat. Brenna and Nate won the award for bravest and best attitude as they got hit the most with water! Although the views were amazing, we certainly wanted to fast forward the trip back. Thank goodness Brett knew how to handle the pontoon and wasn‘t too stressed. We would love to go again.….on a calm, warmer day! July 2, 2022"
