Our garden (I use the term garden loosely) along the street has been bugging Scott for years. Personally, I’m not a gardener and I’ve been fine with it but it matters to him so I’m glad we’re redoing it. He had been talking to Rachel about making it into a pollinator garden and Rachel very kindly ran with his idea and it’s actually happening! Rachel planned all the plants that would be appropriate, then she ordered and had the plants shipped to us. In preparation for the new pollinator garden Scott prepped the soil and pulled everything but the peonies so the soil would be fresh and new. When the plants arrived Rachel came over and she and I did all the planting. I’m super excited to see how the garden takes root over the next year or so and I must say, Scott and I appreciate Rachel so much for all her efforts in making this happen! Fingers crossed it all thrives.
