Setting sun

It was time to close the cabin for the winter season. We took time to enjoy the sunset after a beautiful October day at the lake cabin raking leaves, storing outdoor furniture, trimming some branches and other chores. TFL

Love that quote from the Book of Common Prayer. It must have been bittersweet getting the cabin ready for winter.

I imagine it was bittersweet once again to have to close up for the winter and watching your last sunset. This is a beautiful reminder of what is to come in the spring!
