Love This

I spotted this idea on a paper layout posted on Pinterest. I used a label from the element pack (slightly altering its dimensions) and created an outline of it. To do this I 'ctl clicked' the image of the tag in the layers panel to get the 'marching ants' and then created a new layer above the tag. I then added a stroke to the marching ants in the new layer and delated the original tag.
