So I was going to lift a different page of Shannon's but then she popped an astounding page in the gallery for this past Saturday's lift, which I saw after completing my own lift of the SSL. Her old photo and the sweet quote made me think of this photo that I came across of my dad with his father in the 50's. My grandfather passed away at the young age of 62, when my dad was just 12 years old, so I never knew him. There aren't many pictures of my dad with his father so that makes this one extra special. It's so nice to have so many talented people and fabulous pages to lift right now, as I find myself lacking inspiration these days.
