Journaling: When life if throwing you curve ball after curve ball I think it is really easy to get caught up in the stress and worry. And of course that is totally normal and understandable. But I have realised that when I do that is when I am most likely to negatively assess myself. It annoys me no end and it’s got to stop. Stress and worry aside, there is a still a wonderful life to live and enjoy. So, I think it’s time for a reminder for myself that...
1. I can do hard things. I may not always want to but I am more than capable. Once the hard stuff is done, I always feel much better! 2. I can be creative... and I like to try most things. Digi scrapbooking has my heart and I need it daily! 3. I can push and challenge myself & I enjoy it. The only issue is in the gym... I often break myself! 4. I can lift heavy things. I have seen so many strength gains in the gym the past month. I am stronger now than ever before and it blows me away all things health considered. I am still plugging away at the extra kg’s but while I am strong I am very, very happy! 5. I can be relied upon. If I say I will be there or I can do something then it’s a guarantee. I don’t flake and I don’t make excuses. Full stop.
