I've decided to make a book about our weekly visits to the Huntington highlighting both the seasons and the different gardens there.
I hadn't been to the Australian Garden in years. We spent some time there earlier last month and really enjoyed seeing all of the trees and bushes in bloom.

I think it is a great reason to make a photo book, Kate! How special it must be to live close by the gardens so that you can visit weekly and explore all the different gardens.
Ah, I love all of those plants I can't tell you how it lifts my spirits seeing them in the gallery. I have many grevilleas, callistemons and eucalypts in my suburban garden (including a few Silver Princess trees). You have scrapped these so beautifully.
Awesome photos and page and a very interesting story! I love Australian natives and have several species in our garden - they are so easy to grow and maintain and they attract many different kinds of birdlife!
