Then and Now: Change is Beautiful

Hi there! Julie here with the November Then and Now Challenge. This month I’m doing things a little different. I loved this recent page by Trace from our Creative Team and thought we could take inspiration from it. Katie has put together a freebie pack that will include the part of the title that reads “Change is Beautiful” so let’s focus on that. You can follow Trace’s lead with pictures of family, or document a change in your own life, or even the change of seasons with fall in full swing.

Three team members created samples for this challenge. First up is Shannon with a page that documents a big change in her life. She used photos from a span of 12 years that show her team from work. Sometimes change can be scary and Shannon’s journaling hints that this story isn’t finished yet. I hope she finds a satisfying path forward! Next we have Candy and she is taking us on a trip down memory lane (literally) of all the houses she and her family have lived in over the years. I love how uses the swirling dotted line to lead us through the pictures in order. Our final sample page comes from Kimberly and she is also scrapping changes in her work life. I love all the photos she was able to fit on this page and her heartfelt journaling shows a positive attitude and definitely gives me hope that it will work out for her!
