Template Mashup: Design with Hearts
Happy February! Merrilee (aka digigrandma) here with another Template Mashup Challenge for you. I like to think of Valentine’s Day as a time to celebrate the people and pets in your life that give you love and joy, so, my choices of templates for this challenge reflect that idea with plenty of heart motif decorations. I hope you decide to join us in mashing these templates:

Who can resist admiring Julie (aka MaggieMae)’s sweet doggie? Her page is so charming! I just love the stitched hearts and the photo resting on the lovely textured neutral colored background paper from Miriam Solids Paper Pack. Everything else on Julie’s page can be found in the templates.
Here’s another charming page created with these templates! Kathy (aka Blackkathy)’s page celebrates friendship with a heartwarming photo of two best friends walking together in the sunshine. The framing of the page with a background paper from one of the templates is so clever. Kathy didn’t need any extras to complete her design! 
Valerie (aka nana_vg)’s page is all pink goodness in celebration of an 18th birthday party with best friends. Valerie found additional designs to match her theme in the following kits: ARToptions Rouge Ephemera, ARToptions Rouge Paper Pack 02, ARToptions Rouge Solids Paper Pack and ARToptions Mini Mix 25.

Every year, around Valentine’s Day I like to create a page featuring my favorite valentines which are my family members, of course! I was pleased to find recent photos of the family sharing hugs. The candy hearts I added are from Handscripted Candy Hearts 05. The pale pink patterned paper for my background is from Garden Trails Paper Pack.
