Hi it’s Carol here bringing you this month’s story challenge all about gratitude.  I want to you create a page telling us what you have gratitude for.  It can be big or it can be small.  What are you grateful for right now?  What were you grateful for as a child?  What do you think the future you will be grateful for about life today?

You may be grateful for life after a debilitating disease.  You may be grateful for seeing the finish line in a running race.  You may be grateful for a teacher who gave you the ability to help you learn to get your dream job.  You may be grateful for that first cup of coffee in the morning, or a lie in on a Saturday morning.  You may be grateful for a piece of technology or an experience you’ve had or a place you travelled to.  You maybe grateful for a person, or a season, or a time in your life.

Do you have a daily gratitude mantra?  Do you keep a gratitude journal?

Maybe you’re sitting there and not even knowing how to start.  How about “today I am grateful for (someone)” or “today I am grateful for (something)” and tell us about it.

Big or small.  Huge or tiny.  It’s all relevant to you.  Let’s read your stories about gratitude.

The creative team have jumped on board with some terrific example pages:

Cori’s page is so heartfelt.  Nothing like a health crisis of such magnitude than to start a gratitude journal.  To go through time in your life like that and still look for things to be thankful for is truly awe inspiring.  And I bet this journal gives her a lot of solace now to look back on.
