Sketch Challenge: November
Good morning everyone!
Sharon here – with a new sketch challenge.
I’m a little late posting, so I’ll get right to it. Here’s our November sketch:
We have space for 3 photos – remembering of course that you can switch them out for one or two instead. We have plenty of layered elements to play with and spaces you could use for paper, ephemera pieces and elements like flairs and buttons.
I have 5 Creative Team samples for you today, and the first is from Julie (Julie DeGuia). Sha has kept the photo placement of the sketch, but has made it her own with papers, tags and ephemera that helps to tell her story.
Next up is Valerie (nana_vg) Who has created a centered design by moving the Game Card to the centre and enlarging her middle photo. Brilliant!
Shannon (shannonr) is next with a Veteran’s Day themed page. She has swapped out the game card for a ‘FLAG’ card. A search for ‘game card’ in the store will reveal Americana, Fall, Birthday, Summer, Christmas, Easter and faith based sets of cards, so lots of scope for different themes!
Cori (CoriK) has made a beautiful Fall page. I love how she’s switched out the separate photo frames for the storyboard style Open Up Photo Frame. The black looks so crisp and clean against the brilliant colours in her photos.
And last of all today, we have this stunning layout from Lori-Ann (lmaggs). Her paper choices just make her page pop out of the gallery and I love the long photo and her pretty element choices as well as the way she has recoloured the game card to better suit her page!
I hope these talented ladies have inspired you to have a go at creating a page based on out November sketch. Katie has put together a freebie: https://spaces.hightail.com/receive/8NfsnmYPdb. You are welcome to use whatever you like from the pack – or go it completely on your own!!
Don’t forget to post your 100% KPD product page in the November Participation Sign in Thread to earn store rewards at the end of the month.
Our CT members will post their pages along with complete credits in the Sketch Challenge Gallery as soon as they are able. We hope you can join us there!
Happy Scrapping!
