Saturday Scraplift: Over and Under

Hi everyone! It’s Amy L bringing you this week’s Saturday Scraplift. Hope your Easter weekend is going well! For this week’s lift, I’ve chosen this pretty page by Jane (Jane_Bond7).
The timeless design of a single photo with layers underneath is enhanced by Jane’s lovely brushwork. The trees blend effortlessly in with the photo, and I love how one is overlapping. I also love how this page depicts the beauty of nature. The Creative Team jumped right on this one; let’s see what they came up with!
Shannon has created a page so beautiful on all levels. This photo of her uncle and brothers serving their country at the same time is incredibly special. Shannon’s dark background really sets off the photo, and her brushwork is simply amazing! Shannon curated a wonderful new military kit that is now in the store.
Supplies Shannon used: Curated Team Favorites: Military Kit, Vintage Photo Frames 36.
Next is Penny who created a beautiful fall page. For most of us, spring is coming into full swing, but for some, fall is here, and Penny’s page should really get you guys in the mood! I like that she was inspired to use the doily as Jane did. That pretty cluster in the corner is the perfect finishing touch.
Supplies Penny used: Clipped Stacks 10, Painted Fall Layers 02, Readymade Layers Fall Borders 03, Vintage Artistry In the Leaves Paper Pack.
I scrapbooked our grandson who likes to sit in the driver’s seat of our four wheeled vehicle and “help” his dad navigate around. Doesn’t he look like he’s got it all under control? I loved the use of the tree brushes on Jane’s page and had a lot of fun with this one!
Supplies I used: Almost Spring Element Pack, Marlow Solids, Pine Woods Essentials Stamp Pack, Vintage Edge Overlays 03, Vintage Orchard Ephemera.
I hope Jane’s page inspires you as much as it did us! Please post your pages in the Saturday Scraplift gallery. And add them to the April Challenge Participation thread. Enjoy your scrapping!
