Saturday Scraplift: Hung Up on You

Happy Fall! Shannon (shannonr) here for this week’s edition of Saturday Scraplift. This week, we are lifting Guest Creative Team Member, Beth (bred1269). This charming layout of her granddaughter really captured my heart. I loved the way she blended solid paper with the Chippy Countryside paper to soften the look and love the quote.
The other members of the Creative Team have put together some additional layouts to inspire you for this lift.
First up, our other Guest Creative Team Member, Jheri. She used her own gorgeous photo blended with the Chippy paper to create her background and then hung a smaller photo in the midst of that beautiful fall scene.
Products used:Hanging Photo Frames 01, Chippy Foundations Paper Pack 05 and Sketched and Scripted 03.
Merrilee (digigrandma) was inspired by the chippy paper and hung up photo frame in the center of the page but she chose to use a mask to spill her scene outside of the frame onto a portion of the page.
Products used: Hung Up Photo Frames 08, Lakeside Flairs 01, Lakeside Bits and Pieces, LakeLand Painted Accents, Lakeside Painted Layers, Chippy Countryside Paper Pack 01 and Partial Page Masks 02.
Jana included the hanging frame but chose a fun sunburst background for her cute photo of her and her granddaughter.
Products used: Hanging Photo Frames 02, Spectrum | Sherbet Painted Foundations Paper Pack, Spectrum | Sherbet Strawberry Lemonade Ephemera Plus Pack, Spectrum | Sherbet Strawberry Sentiment Transfers, Spectrum | Sherbet Strawberry Lemonade Botanicals, Spectrum | Sherbet Plastic Alphas and Messy Stitched Borders: White 03.
I chose to stick very close to Beth’s design using the Chippy Countryside paper and a hanging frame. I have been eyeing that paper ever since it came out and my son had the perfect photo to go with it.
Products used: Chippy Countryside Blends, Chippy Countryside Paper Pack 01, Hanging Photo Frames 03, Stamped Stencil Alphabet 01, Blendable Layers 29 and Lakeside Sticker Sheet 01.
I hope you can find some inspiration from Beth’s layout or the ones created by the Creative Team–whether it be to create a scene to tell your story or just figure out how to hang a frame on your page.
To receive credit toward a coupon to use in the KPD store, be sure to post your layouts for this lift in the Saturday Scraplift Gallery and the October Challenge Participation Thread.
Happy Scrapping!
