Saturday Scraplift Challenge: Criss-Crossed

Once more we made it to the last Scraplift Challenge for the month of November. I decided on this cute page by Liz (lizziet5). Granted, the photo is super cute, but the design is also fabulous, I thought it would be perfect for a lift. I really liked how she had those two long elements intersect.

Sarah (sterkeurs) came up with this cute page about mushrooms. I just love that long frame and all the mushrooms in the background with that cool ripped edge journaling scrap.

Here is a list of what she used on her page:

Brushstroke Photo Masks No.7, layer-works-1996/ (items), vintage-artistry-mango-ephemera-stack-layers/, anchors-away-solids-paper-pack/, curators-meadow-ephemera/, curators-meadow-transfers-03/, paper-alpha-01/, hike-more-outdoors-scrapbook-element-pack/, vintage-artistry-nature-study-mushroom-transfers-01/, vintage-artistry-nature-study-mushroom-transfers-02/

Here is a page Carol (oldbag165) created. Of course I love the OOB and the intersecting sections just look fabulous. I love those negative strips

Here is her list of supplies:

Filmed memories 09 (items), layer-works-1997/, color-swatch-toast-scrapbooking-bundle/layer-works-1997/, Clipped Journal Layers03,
clipped-stacks-with-layers-15/, blendable-layers-base-paper-pack-09/, burlap-essentials-paper-pack/, color-essentials-element-pack-bundle-01/, vintage-artistry-flair-bundle/, hand-drawn-adjective-lines-05/

This last page is mine. I kept pretty close to the original page as well, I loved the criss-cross effect and went with it

This is what I used on my page:

Clipped Journal Layers 03, Vintage Artistry Essentials Ephemera, Vintage Artistry Essentials Ephemera Plus, Vintage Artistry PP, items from Frame and Blend Story Vol3LT01,
items from LayerWorks 2003.

I can’t wait to see what your lifts will look like. Don’t forget to post your page in the Saturday Scraplift Challenge Gallery and in the November Challenges Participation sign-in thread in the forum. Have a great weekend!
