Saturday Scraplift: Across the Frames

Shannon (shannonr) here for this week’s edition of Saturday Scraplift.  This week we will be lifting Kimberly (kimberlyb).

I loved the effect she achieved arranging her photos across multiple frames in the Photo Cuts.  The edger, stitching and big, bright title were the perfect finishing touches for her layout.

As usual, the Creative Team has put together some additional inspiration to get your creative juices flowing.

First up is Chrissy (kikimama) with this fabulous LO using a hexagon photo grid template.  She spanned her photos across multiple frames and also added stitching. Love the font she used for her title and seeing glimpses of Edinburgh and her family on her page.

Valerie (nana_vg) also used a photo grid template to create her terrific graduation page.  She arranged her papers over multiple frames for effect.

Addie (AddieG) beautifully features her hydrangeas on this page.  I wish mine looked that good!  She used an angled photo grid template with interesting shapes to give her layout some interest.

I thought the new Simple Page Scraps Layered Templates were perfect to create my lift.  The blocks on this template are grouped together to create the photo across frames effect and I included stitching and an edger to complete my page.  I am an old Army nurse (although not WWII old LOL) so I always enjoy seeing the medical aid tent exhibit when they have the encampment.  I love that they were treating a “patient” while I was visiting too.
