Saturday Scraplift: Going Vertical

Hi.  Shannon (shannonr) here for the first Saturday Scraplift of the month.  This week we are lifting Julie (Julie DeGuia).  Julie has recently returned to Katie Pertiet Designs and scrapbooking and we have definitely enjoyed seeing her creations in the gallery.  This is the layout I chose for us to lift this week.  I loved her design, color choices and the photo of her at the beach.

As usual, the Creative Team has put together some additional inspiration of their interpretation of Julie’s layout.

First up, Addie (AddieG) put this page together with a photo from a recent family get-together.  She closely followed Julie’s design.  The colors in the paper go great with her photo as well.

Valerie (nana_vg) put together this beautiful prom page with some products new to the store this week.  Love all the layering she did behind those fun photos and she took the inspiration from the paper Julie used to add paint swatches at the top and bottom of the page.

One of our Guest Creative Team members, Candy (cnewby) created this dramatic page using Julie’s design but added snippets of photos at the top and bottom instead of paper.  I also love the texture she added behind the photo.

My brother recently ended a drought from catching fish with this northern pike.  I very closely followed Julie’s design as well.
