Photo Focus: Summer

Hello, it’s Audrey (adrianita) here with your mid-August photo challenge!

For most of us in the Northern Hemisphere, summer will all too soon be coming to a close. My kids even went back to school this week! The end of summer is that particular time to squeeze in a few extra memories and moments in the sunshine.  For our photo challenge this month, choose one or more pictures portraying a summer aspect. Embellish with word art, brushes, and elements. Katie generously provided a FREEBIE PACK, and the creative team created some pages for inspiration.

Guest Creative Team Member Candy (cnewby) created this fantastic page with a vintage summer photo from 1971! I love the soft colors that complement the vintage tint.

For my page I chose a photo mask to help capture that fleeting carefree feeling of summer. The delightful summer stamps keep it youthful.
