Let’s Blend: Blendable Photo Cards

We are certainly experiencing stressful times, that are affecting all of us in some way or another. For me, scrapping and creating is a wonderful stress reliever. So, with that said, here is our challenge for March.

I looked in my stash of products and used one of Katie’s templates for inspiration. I have always loved her blendable photo cards. They can be used over a photo, but also over any mask or brush on your page. Here are a few examples:

I clipped the blendable photo card to my photo, changed the blend mode to linear burn to pump up the blue sky between the trees.

On this page, I started with the template, and clipped the blendable photo card to the photo, and then enlarged it, and clipped it to the brushwork in the background.
