iTunes Challenge: June

Welcome back to another iTunes Cover Challenge! It’s Trace (tracermajig) with you once again with some bright, geometric inspiration! I love looking at clean, simple and graphic scrapbook layouts but my brain unfortunately does not create that way. I enjoy a good challenge though and I think it’s fun to sometimes go outside of our creative comfort zones!

To get you started, Katie has provided a freebie. It’s not necessary to use it to participate in the challenge though. And neither is a triangle design! I think this would be a great challenge to incorporate different shapes or symbols! Circles, stars, hearts, squares or hexagons would all work well here.

I just loved Lori Ann’s (lmaggs) take on this challenge. The patterned paper triangles, the bright rainbow colour palette and that awesome extraction all make for such an eye catching page!

I (tracermajig) tried so hard to stay close to the graphic design. I couldn’t help myself though and had to add in some mess and layers to make it feel more like me. I loved the extraction on the inspiration cover but I had the idea to add in a ‘bouquet of flowers’ to go along with the subject of my page. It is definitely a different design for me, but I like where it ended up!
