Graphic Challenge November 2025: Shadowed Frame

Hi everyone! Amy L here welcoming you to the Graphic Challenge, where we use a graphic as inspiration for a scrapbook page. Here’s this month’s inspiration:

I love this simple image and think that it provides lots of avenues for inspiration. Katie has provided a nice freebie for this challenge here, and it has a frame and some flowers if you like. In addition, there are so many other ways you can go with this. Choose your theme, and surround your frame with elements matching that theme. You could use the frame as a home for your title, or duplicate the frame to make a multiphoto page.
I can always count on our talented Creative Team, and I was thrilled to get lots of their fabulous layouts this month. I can’t wait to show you all the great ideas on their pages!
First is Kimberly with this lovely page:
This is got to be the coolest photo I’ve seen in awhile! I love this view and all the colored lights in the cityscape. Kimberly repeated those so nicely with her elements, which are perfect for a travel page. I love Kimberly’s background paper too.
Supplies Kimberly used: Layer Works 2442, Classic Embossed Grids Paper Pack 01, Vintage Artistry Sunburst Ephemera.
Next, Shannon made an absolutely gorgeous autumn page:
The color of the tree is so pretty, and Shannon’s layering is lovely. I love the neutral colors she used to highlight her photo. The leaves she added along the photo edge look so real! I also love how she used the color palettes.
Supplies Shannon used: Vintage Mini Mix 20, Spill Frame Layers 16, Fall Stories Transfers, Layering Pages: Autumn Layered Template 02.
Next up is Merr, who has totally rocked the autumn pages this season! This one has great movement and color. I love the swoops and shadows as well as the layered leaves and flowers! Gorgeous!
Supplies Merr used: Challenge freebie, Vintage Mini Mix 20, Classified Fall Leaves 01, Fall Word Art 01, Clean Stitched Border 03 White, Twisted Stitches 06, Foiled Twists 01, All Clear Leaves 01.
Next up is Carol, who was so beautifully inspired by the inspiration image. Isn’t it cool that she found so many roses in different stages of bloom on the same bush? The arrows lead the eye and there are just the right amount of extra branches to add dimension. And that background is fabulous!

Supplies Carol used: Challenge freebie, Coastal Memories Solids Paper Pack, Curated Team Favorites Garden Kit, Edge Overlays 02, Watery Photo Masks 08, Brushed Arrows Brushes and Stamps 01.
Rachael‘s page is a real treat. I could gaze at this beauty for a long time! She is the master of layers, and her use of black on this page is second to none. What a gorgeous photo too!
Supplies Rachael used: Challenge freebie, Cottage Fields Element Pack, October Woods Element Pack, Scratchy Paint Clusters Brushes and Stamps 01, Artsy Paint Type Clusters Brushes and Stamps 02, Worth Repeating Brushes and Stamps 35, Hand Scripted Fall Sentiments 01, Embrace Today Brushes and Stamps, Layer Works 1682, Textured Whites Paper Pack 02.
And finally, I scrapped a fun time when my niece brought football chocolate chip cookies to my grandsons’ game. She’s becoming quite the renowned baker, and her fabulous creations are always a treat!
Supplies I used: Challenge freebie, Anzio Element Pack, Anzio Paper Pack, Artoptions Mini Mix 15, Classic Cardstocks: Festive Brights, Hand Drawn Christmas Cookies 01, Hand Scripted Bake It 02, Vintage Artistry Tranquility Paper Pack 02, Watching Days 01.
I hope this month’s image and the team pages will inspire you to take part in this challenge! Please post your pages in the Graphic Challenge Gallery as well as the November Challenge Participation Thread. Don’t forget to check out the freebie linked above. Enjoy your scrapping!
