Color Challenge: Popsicles

I love June! The days are long and although our kids are usually still in school until the end of the month, things seem to slow down. Dinners (and now lunches too!) move outside to the deck and weeknight BBQs with friends kick off with more frequency. There is a lot that isn’t happening this year that normally does like parties, sports events, track meets, but I am thankful that things are starting to open up for summer and we won’t be trapped in the house! And the weather has been extraordinarily warm, which has meant kids can play outside and the garden is doing well.

For this months’ colour challenge, we are taking inspiration from an all-time favourite summer treat: Popsicles! That watery rainbow of flavours just screams summer! The kids started to make their own with real juice which is even better!
