Our Creative Team has designed four very different pages to give you some inspiration for putting together your own page.

The first page was created by Stacia.  It features photos of two handsome young men going off to their first day of school. The circle brush makes a great background for her photos. It was very clever to echo the circle in her background paper! In addition to the  featured templates, Stacia used Maybe Not Solids Paper Pack and Fading Dots Paper Pack 01.

The next inspiration page was designed by Karen (kaclink) and also features photos from the first day (actually week!) of school. Don’t you love those happy faces? The addition of the spiral on the background really reinforces the school theme.  In addition to the featured templates. Karen used Bound Paper Pack 03 and Bound Paper Pack 03 Add On.

The last first day of school is certainly a cause for celebration and Jen (jdipzinski) did a fantastic job of documenting it. Her great photo is definitely the focal point of her page. I love the way she lined up all the cute school elements down the side of the page.  Jen created her great page using only pieces of the two chosen templates.

We have moved from the last  first day of school to my page (grandma lynnie) which features my great-granddaughter’s very first school picture! I love her sweet little smile. I did some recoloring of the template pieces to match her outfit.

If we have inspired you to create your own mashed up page, please post it in the Template Challenge gallery for all to enjoy.  You can earn a valuable coupon to the KPD store by posting a link to your page in the August Challenge Participation thread. Happy scrapping!
