It is not joy that makes us grateful, it is gratitude that makes us joyful

Grateful = Joyful

In this crazy year filled with so many hardships being faced by so many, it can be hard to be grateful. But I am truly grateful. Grateful for my family, a comfortable home, a thriving business and good doctors keeping me well. And in all of my gratitude I truly do find joy as I reflect on all that I have to be grateful for. I hope you join me in the practice of gratitude with thoughtful reflection on all we have to be grateful for.
